Ingredients
Lavender, Cedarwood, Frankincense, Cinnamon Bark, Sandalwood, Black Pepper, and Patchouli essential oils in a base of Fractionated Coconut Oil.
Uses
- Apply Anchor essential oil blend to the ankles, base of the spine, and bottoms of the feet
- Pair Anchor oil blend with Seated Meditation, Seated Twist, and Bhu Mudra (one hand on the heart and the other on the earth) yoga poses.
- Apply two to three drops of Anchor essential oil blend to diffusing jewelry, natural dolomite, or lava diffusing rocks.
Directions for Use
Aromatic use: Place three to four drops of Anchor in the diffuser of your choice.
Topical use:Apply one to two drops of Anchor essential oil blend to the desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
